Thank you for shopping at Orion Skin. We strive to provide you with high-quality skincare products and excellent customer service. Our Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or refunding products purchased from our online store, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Victorian legislation.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:
The product was purchased directly from Orion Skin’s online store.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Timeframe for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return and refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
Reasons for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return and refund under the following circumstances:
The product is damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival.
You received the incorrect product(s) due to our error.
Exchange or Store credit for Change of Mind.
Exclusions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following:
Products that have been used or opened, unless they are faulty or defective.
Products purchased from third-party retailers or other online platforms.
How to Request a Return and Refund
To request a return and refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at Conatct@orionskin.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the product(s).
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or the product being faulty or defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Change of mind returns can be exchanged for alternative products or store credit. If the exchange product is of lesser value, the remainder value will be offered as a Store Credit.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase if the product is defective or faulty.
